3D Archery Shoots Around DFW
« on: July 07, 2013, 10:30:45 PM »
Anyone here participate in any of the 3D shoots in the DFW area? If so which is your favorite, where is it and when is it held.

I can always be counted on to attend the Hagarman qualifier held the month prior to opening of archery season up on Lake Texoma. I will be providing more details on that one as soon as the schedule for this year is released.

I'm also working on setting up a shoot on my property in Fannin County which is tentatively scheduled for the third weekend of October. Right now we are cutting shooting lanes and collecting 3D targets. It will be a mix of targets and scenarios ranging from challenging to extremely technical with distinct elevation and terrain changes. I will post up the schedule along with a TexasShootingSports specific invitation as the date gets closer.

Your too dang far away.

I need to get my bow out and start shooting it again though and something like that would be a good motivator.
