Ruger 96/44 Lever
« on: March 11, 2016, 11:35:29 AM »
I just picked up this gun, and from what I hear I was very lucky to get it...but I'd like to ask you guys. It's never been shot, original box, original scope rings still in their packaging, etc...

I picked up a few boxes of .44 Mags and am ready to shoot it...heck I've never been one to buy a collector gun and not shoot it, and never intended for this to be a 'collector'. That said, how can I not shoot it!?!

any thoughts? Thanks guys.

I'd probably not shoot it. But would be extremely tempted.  :hw

I would have mixed feelings on shooting it.  Knowing nothing of this gun I would need to account for whether or not it is a limited production gun or just new to market.  If it is limited, I would not shoot it.  If it is just new to market or just in high demand, bang away as more new ones will be available.
