I admit I didn’t read the entire bill posted.  How is this different from current law?

Bottom line - Constitutional carry.  No licensing required for anyone that can legally own a pistol to carry same open OR concealed.

I wish - but it's early still.  Thing is, Strickland's alienated a lot of his fellow leg's, so we'll see.
