I figured you'd kind of like the requirement to have it in the title.  At least that way you know which ones to ignore.  I don't mind just not allowing them.  And the separating them into a separate board was going to create a mess with all these categories.

Ok,
I added them to the top and bottom on the right side.  The buttons were View Unread Post and View Post Replies.  They essentially did the same thing, or at least unread post would also show unread replies.  So I change the second button to Show Recent Posts
Cool beans, thanks.

ETA: Maybe I spoke to soon there ^^.
The view I was looking vor is the same one you are auto-jumped to after a post. I think only a quoted post but not sure, still getting the feel of things here.

How about a way to view the threads since my last visit without having to log out. Every time I visit without logging out it shows no new posts.

Is that through tapatalk or on the computer?  One the computer these buttons should show unread.  Not necessarily since you were last on:

But I thought I noticed Tapatalk acting like you are saying.

It's on both my cell phone and my IPad, don't use Taptalk. Those buttons are there, but it won't show me new posts if I stay logged on and come back later in the day or next day.

I use the safari browser on my iPad to view this site.  I stay logged in and the tab stays open.  I come back, hit the refresh then click the view unread post button.  Works fine for me.

I think I figured it out.  The link right now is to "posts since your last visit". There is a better link to "new posts" I'll fix it in the morning.

Good catch.

Keep the changes coming!!! If something annoys you chances are it's pissing everyone else off too.

Hit the circle refresh button before clicking on the unread post button.

I think that's what I've been doing out of habit.  But I can make it easier.

Thanks.  That's the goal of this site.  "Be as responsive as possible".  Including silly things like tee shirt sales.

As soon as we have a logo we'll help everyone  advertise us if they want to.
